Kaci McCartan

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Kaci has been a technology consultant for 4 years and has worked with some of the top companies in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and electronic supplying. She is passionate about sustainability and social entrepreneurship and has experience working with various social enterprises, from solar systems in Mexico to menstrual health in Uganda to rural agriculture in Ghana. After experiencing first-hand the delicate difference between designs that intend to do good and designs that actually do good, she enrolled in Southern Methodist University and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Design and Innovation.
