Planet911 is an international call to action to youth across the world using film, arts, music and media, as a way to protect the future of our planet.
Planet 911's video campaign Our Future NOW, in partnership with Earth Guardians and NOW, is a call out to millions of youth (aged 6-24 years old) for short videos (less than two minutes) that challenge adults about the urgency of climate change.
Record a video anywhere – at home, in your community, at school. Then post it social media using the hashtags #earthguardians #planet911 #NOW #ourfuturenow

Guidelines for your Video
You are the narrator. Use your phone or camera to create a short video discussing the urgency for climate change with a parent, guardian, or any adult in your life.
- Your video must be less than two minutes long.
- Record horizontally. No vertical iPhone videos please.
- You can record the video anywhere.
- Be in the video! If you can’t have a friend or family member record you, prop up your phone or use a tripod for the video.
- To get an authentic response, don’t prep the adult you are approaching before recording.
- Use compassionate, caring, and curious language (not accusatory).
- Do research to tell the adult in your life about the effect climate change is going to have on your future.
- Be creative! Add your own personal flare like adding an element to make it funny (humor helps people share their thoughts).
- Post your video to social media using the hashtags: #earthguardians #planet911 #NOW #ourfuturenow
- Call out a friend to participate in the challenge and be sure to tag them in your post.
